KDA Holdings Pty Ltd ("KDA Holdings", "we", "us", "our") provides lead generation services, which means we collect information from individuals who express interest in products or services, and we share that information with the businesses who purchase our leads. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's handled, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
We collect personal information when you submit an online form, call us, respond to an advertisement or campaign we run, or otherwise voluntarily provide your details to us. We may also receive information from marketing partners and affiliate websites that run campaigns on our behalf, under contractual obligations equivalent to this policy.
Our core service involves providing your enquiry details to one or more third-party businesses ("clients") who pay us to receive leads matching your enquiry. Before this happens, we take reasonable steps to qualify your enquiry, but we do not control how a client subsequently uses, stores, or contacts you with your information — their own privacy practices apply once your details are passed on, and we encourage you to review them.
We do not sell personal information to data brokers for purposes unrelated to connecting you with a relevant business, and we do not knowingly collect leads relating to children.
Our website may use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand which campaigns lead to enquiries. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; doing so may affect how parts of the site function.
We store personal information using reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access. We retain enquiry information only for as long as is necessary to provide our services, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes, after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.
You can ask us for access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing karl@kda-holdings.com. If you believe we have breached the Australian Privacy Principles, you can lodge a complaint with us directly, or with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, or want your enquiry withdrawn before it is shared with a client, contact us as soon as possible at the email above. We cannot recall information already shared with a client prior to your request.
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or legal obligations. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
For any privacy-related questions, contact KDA Holdings Pty Ltd at karl@kda-holdings.com.
